On the same level, there is another fully equipped bathroom. The lower level includes a guest toilet.

During the winter season, the cozy internal climate, achieved by its radiator heating, will allow you to continue enjoying the incredible view while sitting in its comfortable living room or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, designed to meet B612's high standards. It also offers lateral views of the forest, and on the lower level, there is a convenient guest toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and dreamlike views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and also a side view of the forest, while the other two bedrooms have forest views and share a full bathroom.

From its social space, which includes an incredible high-end kitchen, dining area, and majestic living room, you can gaze at the front view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and at the rear view of Cerro Otto and the forest. Additionally, there are side views of the forest on both sides. A terrace of over 30 m2 allows you to enjoy the lake, share a drink, or simply sit back and take in the view. At the rear, another generous terrace invites you to have a peaceful meal with the forest as a silent witness. On this floor, there is also a comfortable guest toilet. The entire space is covered with a vaulted ceiling.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11: 00 AM. Let us know your arrival time so everything is ready for you.
If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, inform us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. This service is subject to availability and has an additional cost of U$S 15 + VAT per person or we suggest you book an extra night, so you don't have any inconveniences and enjoy your stay.
With your approved reservation, you will receive the data to download the TTlock APP, so upon your arrival, you will have access at the scheduled time to the gate, access door and your apartment.
Rules during your stay
At B612, we want you to feel at home, so we expect you to take care of the apartment as if it were your own.
Power outages or service interruptions are beyond our control, but if they occur, please notify us, and we will resolve them as soon as possible.
Regarding coexistence, we simply ask you to follow the usual community rules: avoid excessive noise early in the morning or late at night, take care of common areas, and respect other tenants. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any time of the day.
If any of these minor rules are violated, B612 reserves the right to evict tenants without prior notice, resulting in the loss of the full payment made and waiving any right to claims. B612 is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, nor for accidents involving personal injuries due to falls, fires, oven burns, etc. (including theft or criminal behavior).

Cleaning services
Stays longer than 4 days include a cleaning service and a change of sheets. If you need an extra sheet change, just let us know the day before and it will have an additional cost U$S 10 + VAT per person.
